Settlement of ʻAbd al-Rasul Khaliki with his wife, Khadijah Bibi, in which he settles a piece of land for 100 dinars and a man [each man is three kilograms] of wheat with her, so that after his death she will, with the knowledge of Mirza Hasan Kavardi and Sayyid Muhammad Jaʻfarabadi, spend 15 tumans for his funeral and to pay for his lapsed prayers, fasts, and other religious duties. The wife also settled all of the forty tumans of her mahr with her husband.

Sale documents of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim's children
1- Ma‘sumah Khanum, Nanah Khanum, Husaynquli, Hasanquli, and Muhammad Riza, the children of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim, have transferred a part of a water passage from ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi] spring and a property to Mashhadi Mahmud, the son of Mulla Faraj, in exchange for 62 tumans (1919). Settlement and crop-sharing contract between Khanumi Khanum and Bala Bayg Yavar, 1820
These documents include: 1- a settlement, dated April 23, 1820, between Khanumi Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Sultan, and her husband, Bala Bayg Yavar, the eldest son of ‘Ali Mardan Khan, in which she settles her mahr in exchange for a farmland known as ‘Ali Akbar farm, in Guni, as well as some shares of water usage from the qanat. 2- on April 25, 1820, Bala Bayg Yavar rents the crops and products of ‘Ali Akbar farm and water usage from its qanat from his wife, Khanumi Khanum for thirty years in exchange for an annual amount of twenty tumans.

Fakhir al-Saltanah's settlements confirmed by his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah
These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.
